Yoga Offerings
Liz’s yoga classes provide a sanctuary that allows open-hearted seekers (even those who struggle with physical aches / pains, isolation, anxiety, and fear) to slow down, be seen and find belonging in themselves and in community. Through the gift of community and inspiration her classes will regulate your nervous system so you can connect with that still, quiet space within. This connection allows us to collectively wake up and dream a new way to be in the world: one kind human at a time.
Warning! YinYoga has been known to lead people to states of deep inner peace, calm and even bliss. This class is like nothing else out there. Yin Yoga gives us quietude, stillness and nothing to do. Your job in this class is to get into a suggested shape (to your appropriate edge) and stay there a while. Mindfulness tools are offered throught the practice to help you drop down and in. The effects will be long-lasting and might even create the desire to practice Yin Yoga and meditation daily.
Following the release of Yin, we move into a strength building flow class. Think guided breathwork with longer holds. The slow flow and longer holds allow you to realign after Yin and bring everything back together. Class closes with a long savasana.
Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:15-10:30am
The moment you step on your mat and take a full deep breath, it is a reset for your entire life. Learn the basics of howtobreathe and movesafely in and out of the yoga poses. The effect of these classes are cumulative- the more you come, the larger the buffer is between you and the chaos of the modern world. Class pace and energy will be determined by the class level, the teacher, and the students in the room for any given class.
Level 1 & 2 offers more instruction and cues to help guide you into and out of poses safely. Perfect for beginners or those wanting less weight bearing on hands and knees.
All Levels Chose from options to customize your practice.
Level 2 & 3 Pace slows down. Less cues given and more challenging sequences are offered.
All Levels Tuesday & Thursday, 9:15-10:30am

Join Liz for a six-month journey designed for yogis who sense there’s more to life—and feel a deep longing to connect with something greater. This course is ideal for those drawn to both spiritual and physical teachings: committed students (not yet looking to teach), aspiring teachers, and YTT grads craving deeper integration. (Liz rewrote most of the program in 2025 to reflect what we truly need as humans today.)
Course includes training manual, 6-weekends, continued mentorship beyond YTT.
Join Liz for an in-depth training Mindfulness and Yin Yoga. This will include basics of Taoist Yoga and the Five Element Theory, the energy body, a deeper look into poses and sequencing in the Yin tradition. We will be looking at yin from the perspective of body, heart, mind, spirit and energetics. All of Liz’s Yin teachings come from almost a decade of study with Sarah and Ty Powers (founders of Insight Yoga), as well as over a decade of personal meditation and Yin practice and teaching.
This course of study will allow you to confidently lead yin classes and know the how and why of the sequences or lenses to focus on when you are teaching this grounding practice. Perfect for those wanting a refresh for teaching, or those wanting to delve deeper into their personal practice of inner work. There will be plenty of time for community and meaningful conversations as we will explore the art of contemplative practice and mindful dialogue as well.
Five weekends and a total of 50 hours of continued education. Space limited to 20.
Next offering September 2026.
